Flavored with Cahors wine, spices and herbs then cooked slowly in the oven at low temperature, this wild boar terrine is characterized by a firm and soft texture.

Traditional in its shape and method of production, this terrine is nevertheless very contemporary, adapting to today's tastes: meat well present, marked and recognizable flavours. It is therefore very popular as a starter or on a buffet.
