This high-end Modena PGI balsamic vinegar is generally used as is on braised or steamed vegetables, roasted or grilled meats, rice or potato salads, smoked salmon or fruit salads.

Made from Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes whose must is cooked and concentrated, it is aged for 8 years in oak barrels in order to develop very distinctive aromas.
