The ''Excellence MIERAL'' Guinea Fowl is raised free-range on poultry farms in Bresse.
She is raised for 18 to 25 weeks and fed with a natural diet + fattening at the end of her life.
No additives, no oilseeds. The duration of grass-fed farming is twice as long as for other productions.
Breeders do not clip its wings to let it fly.
It should be cooked slowly and at low temperature. Guinea fowl is delicious with cabbage, chanterelles or other fresh mushrooms.
