The Jacquin family cheese dairy specializes in the production, maturing and sale of around thirty goat cheeses from the Center region.

It is in their main establishment located in La Vernelle, in the heart of Berry, that 2000 tons of cheese are produced and matured annually.

The Jacquin & Fils cheese dairy maintains a family tradition of quality research in accordance with traditional manufacturing and maturing methods. 

Alongside the regional Selles-sur-Cher, Valençay and Sainte-Maure de Touraine AOPs, it markets Pouligny Saint-Pierre and Crottin de Chavignol.

It also offers a full range of specialties : Grand-mère Adrienne goat's tomme cheese, round ripened with Heritage 1947 summer truffles, goat's cheese flavored like the Apolline with melt-in-the-mouth rose flowers, or specialties from Orléans such as olivets made from cow's milk.
