La Fromagerie Beillevaire is the adventure of a passion for milk and cheese.
Based in the small town of Machecoul, south of the Loire Atlantique, Fromagerie Beillevaire has been processing and marketing high-end raw milk dairy products for over thirty years.
Pascal Beillevaire is a farmer's son who followed his parents' path. He began by taking over the family business and selling milk and cream produced on his family's estate. His passion for his activity led him to his current job: that of cheese producer.
The cheeses are selected for their qualities and for the know-how of regional producers. This selection allows the company to offer excellent products by participating in the maintenance of the rural economy, often slowed down by desertification.
The company has undertaken to pay a liter of milk 5 to 10% more expensive than the market price, in order to support dairy farmers.
Finally, concerned about respecting the environment, Fromagerie Beillevaire only uses recyclable packaging.
