These authentic little pots of cream are produced from raw milk collected hot morning and evening from farms located near the workshop, in order to guarantee production without any heat treatment.

After adding subtly selected and dosed ingredients, they are baked in the traditional oven, then cooled slowly, in order to preserve their creamy and melting texture.
