A story in Lomagne...
It is love of gesture and seriousness that led a small Beaumont charcuterie, created in 1888 and run by Antoine Micouleau, to become La Maison Micouleau, an artisanal cannery.
Since then, we have passed our recipes down from father to son. In the heart of our country, Lomagne, we give all its flavor to the word terroir.
Our foie gras, confits, cassoulets and other typical dishes are prepared with respect for the traditions and know-how of French gastronomy in the South-West.
Without dyes or preservatives, all our products are made in our workshop on the road to Auch in Beaumont de Lomagne, between GERS and TARN & GARONNE.
