Master craftsman from Tarn-et-Garonne, Maison Micouleau produces preserves without coloring or preservatives, from meats selected from the South-West, supplied in short circuit, IGP for foie gras and duck confit. Founded in 1888, this family house in Beaumont has passed on its know-how from father to son of the gastronomy of the South-West. Its foie gras is regularly awarded gold medals by the general agricultural competition in Paris.
