Panna cotta - 125g

This panna cotta comes from an Italian recipe, where the cream is sublimated by the mastery of cooking and by the real vanilla pod from Madagascar.

The raw milk used is collected hot morning and evening from farms located near the workshop, in order to guarantee production without any heat treatment.

It is particularly appreciated if it is removed from the mold to be accompanied by cooked raspberries, black cherries or fresh strawberries.
