Rice pudding with caramel - 125g

According to tradition, milk eggs are made from fresh milk, to which the various ingredients are incorporated.

The whole will then be cooked in a bain-marie in a tank, then packaged in pots, to go into the oven.

The raw milk used is collected hot morning and evening from farms located near the workshop, in order to guarantee production without any heat treatment.
