Selles-sur-Cher, a raw, whole-milk goat's cheese, can be recognized by its soft white paste and its natural rind coated with charcoal powder.

It contains at least 45% fat and comes in a very flat tapered shape with beveled edges, weighing approximately 150 g.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed isothermal packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.

Fromage moelleux, délicieux. Le goût de chèvre est bien présent mais pas trop fort non plus. Une belle découverte.
