Contrary to popular belief, Saint-Félicien does not come from the Ardèche village of the same name, but from the Lyon region. It was invented at the beginning of the 20th century by a dairyman from Lyon.
The Saint-Félicien is a large refined Saint-Marcellin. This cheese has a fruity taste and is very creamy.
