Trappe Echourgnac with walnuts - 300g
Périgord cheese par excellence, Trappe Echourgnac is a cheese made by the nuns of the Abbey of Echourgnac.
It is a soft, unctuous, melting paste, which can be eaten both cold and hot in the kitchen. The particularity of this cheese is that it is refined with walnut liqueur, which incidentally comes from the Distillerie du Périgord in Sarlat.
This gives it a powerful, very original flavor, and all the more easy to combine with the cuisine of our region.
All our fresh products are sent in specially designed isothermal packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.
