Cantal PDO ±1kg

Cantal is a cow's milk cheese from the Massif Central. It is an uncooked pressed paste. Its paste is fine and supple, pale yellow to ivory in color depending on the ripening period.

Its taste, depending on the ripening, changes when young (1 to 2 months of ripening) from milk and butter to a more full-bodied and powerful, slightly pungent taste when it has been ripened for more than eight months.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed isothermal packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.
