For Tortellini, Triangolini, or even Ravioli, this same dough is decorated with fillings rich in taste. These stuffings, developed by a team of enthusiasts, are made from quality ingredients while respecting the codes of traditional Italian gastronomy.

Their quality is guaranteed by stringent checks imposed by Bertagni. Thus Bertagni pasta can be accompanied by a simple drizzle of olive oil.
