Cheese made from raw cow's milk, it is the tastiest of Swiss cheeses. Made in the Swiss Alps for more than 700 years, it develops the pre-Alpine floral and hazelnut flavors.

Refined for 8 months for the Extra wheels, it is brushed 3 times a week with a brine of subtly dosed floral essences, the recipe of which is kept secret.

Appenzeller Extra has a suave and sustained taste that will linger on the palate, amplified by the texture of a firm, creamy paste, revealing countless fruity flavours.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed isothermal packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.
