Based in the Hautes-Alpes, south of Gap, Sacré Willy has been making ultra-fresh dairy products and desserts since 1919, using fresh milk from the Alps collected exclusively within 25 km of its workshop.

Willy, the company's founder, began by making butter and tomme cheese in the Swiss canton of Neufchâtel. His son settled in France and it is now his great-grandson, Martin, who continues the family history.
