Almost a century ago in the Condruzian country, the Marcotty house developed its family know-how to specialize in the development of tasty cured meats.
For four generations, the manufacturing secrets have been passed on in order to perpetuate the art of their ancestors. And in 1987 these local products found their name: "La salaison du Condroz".
