Les Délices de Saint Orens, founded in 2006, produces its ducks on its farm, Ferme Jeansarthe, a typical farm located in Cauna, a small village bordered by the Adour, in the heart of Landaise production.

A fundamental difference:

• From the first to the last day of a 16 week long process, we breed and then process our own ducks ourselves.
• We prepare their own food using corn from our own harvests.
• From the first to the last day, everything happens on our farm in Cauna, in the Landes...

This might seem obvious, but it is rare, even exceptional!
