Dark chocolate orangette
This sun-drenched citrus fruit was for a long time the traditional Christmas present for children. Today times have changed a lot, but this tasty fruit remains at the heart of our customs and our dishes.
Why were oranges offered for Christmas?
Apples, oranges or sweets were then placed in the shoes placed under the tree or near the fireplace. The orange, which was for a long time considered a luxurious delicacy, was only consumed by the working classes on special occasions, such as Christmas.
