 Today I invite you to discover the Caramels of Isigny .
 
 A caramel made with butter and Isigny PDO cream and Guérande salt. Quality ingredients that explain the good taste of this Norman caramel. 

 Their  production consists of introducing sugar and glucose syrup into a copper cooker and stirring them while they cook. The butter, cream and milk are incorporated at the end of cooking in order to preserve their taste qualities. 

 These are all AOC products which guarantee the quality and authenticity of these caramels. They are available in hard caramels made from fresh cream, or soft caramels made from fresh Isigny milk.
