The Mont d'Or season has just started and will end on March 20th.
A exceptional and unique cheese with a creamy and tasty paste presented in its spruce box ... its characteristic flavor enchants the palates in the cold season, because it is tasted from September to April, on a tray or hot, gently melted in its box .
Did you know that each cheese is surrounded by a spruce strap, held by a peg, throughout its ripening?
