BEAUMES-DE-VENISE AOP WINES
Direction: Vaucluse to Beaumes-de-Venise to discover the wines of the Cru Beaumes de Venise appellation, an appellation that is part of the wines of the Rhône Valley Vineyards.
The vineyard of the appellation is located north of Carpentras, along the Montmirail laces massif and the village of Beaumes-de-Venise which gave its name to the appellation.

There are 4 types of soil on the appellation which give red wines with different characteristics even if we find this common thread brought by the Syrah and Grenache grape varieties, red fruits with spicy notes. The tannins are really fine and we find a nice freshness in the mouth, elegant acidity that we owe to the terroir and the freshness brought by the massif.

Muscats from Beaumes-de-Venise are sweet, slightly sweet white wines, which have the particularity of having a certain acidity, a freshness which makes you hardly smell sugar and which magnifies the notes of peach, exotic fruit, lychee found in wine.
I recommend that you taste this Muscat with cheese or even dark chocolate.
