The Réo cheese dairy, created in 1931 by the cheese maker Théodore Réaux, specializes in the production of dairy products including the famous Camembert de Normandie AOP made with raw milk molded with a ladle.

Located in the Manche department at Lessay, the cheese dairy collects milk from around forty producers located within a radius of 30 km around the production site.

Since 2016, the cheese dairy has been part of the Les Maîtres Laitiers du Cotentin group.
