La Hulotte is a craft company created 30 years ago founded by the craftsman Christian Braud who has developed delicious desserts "just like at home".

Chocolate Mousse, Charlottes (7 flavors) and Tiramisu. More recently, whipped cream (3 flavors) and Fontainebleau have been developed, which combines fromage blanc and fresh cream whipped together. It's an old Parisian dessert that can only be found in very good dairies.

All of La Hulotte's desserts are natural: there are no preservatives, no additives, no gelatin and no added sugar in the chocolate mousse. 

La Hulotte remains an artisanal company with its traditional dessert recipes.
