Les Délices du Chef, a human adventure started more than 25 years ago!
In 1995, when the Breton company started its first productions in Lamor-Plage, Erwan was still alone at the helm. He fell into the pancake from his childhood. His mother, Cécile, made 600 pancakes an hour, and everything by hand! Erwan's father then created the first automatic pancake spreader in Brittany.
In 2000, Erwan was so successful that he moved to a larger workshop in Locoal-Mendon in Morbihan, to think about industry. And he joins forces with a childhood friend Sébastien, as well as with Yannick.
Since then, Les Délices du Chef has perpetuated the Breton tradition and also made it travel beyond the borders.
Les Délices du Chef is a human-sized company with 48 employees, which promotes the values of benevolence, excellence and integrity. Quality and flexibility are the watchwords in production.
The crepes, galettes, blinis and pancakes are high-end oriented. They delight gourmets all around the planet, with a trade secret that combines the profession of crepe maker and caterer.
