Rabbit paupiette cooked in a juice based on chopped onions, crushed tomatoes, white wine, thyme (wild thyme).

In Provence, farigoulette or farigoule designates an aromatic herb close to thyme.

It is found in Provençal specialties and also refers to a thyme liqueur that is served over ice.

Preparation advice: Reheat in the package.

In the steam oven: 30 to 35 minutes at 85/90°C approx.

In a bain-marie: 30 to 35 minutes in simmering water.
