Hand-tied veal paupiette accompanied by a rich tomato sauce garnished with sliced button mushrooms. The stuffing is composed of veal, vegetables, breadcrumbs, spices and parsley.

Preparation advice: Reheat in the packaging in a bain-marie for 40-45 min in simmering water or in a steam oven for 40-45 min at 85-90°C.
