Saint-Nectaire, an uncooked pressed cheese made from cow's milk, originates from Saint-Nectaire in the Monts Dore micro-region, a spa town in Auvergne.
This rustic Auvergne known for its supple and soft dough enjoyed the honors of the royal table of Louis XIV since it was introduced there by a Marshal of France, Henri de Sennecterre.
The farmhouse Saint-Nectaire, whose rind can be greyish or orange, is matured for a minimum of 28 days and leaves no one indifferent.
All our fresh products are sent in specially designed isothermal packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.
