In this real local culinary workshop, 15 men and women, proud of their roots, make all the recipes using raw materials mainly from local fishing.
The rillettes, preserves and ready meals are entirely hand-crafted without coloring or additives. The recipes are elaborated in simplicity in order to exalt the subtle and iodized flavors of the raw materials used.
