?? Maroilles tart. A great classic of ch'ti gastronomy and an excellent way to enhance this delicious cheese!
It is sometimes found made with yeast dough but it can also be made like a classic pie, with shortcrust pastry.
Once it is put in the pie dish, all you have to do is add the slices of maroilles and cover it with a preparation (cream and egg), before putting it all in the oven and enjoying the tasty smell that go embalm the kitchen. ?
