Rue Traversette, a cannery like no other.

For 17 years, this artisanal company has been potting all the good and beautiful things the plant world has to offer.

Vegetables, fruits and spices cooked with imagination by Stéphane Strobl, simmer in the cauldrons of Rue Traversette, in a village in the Hérault between vineyards and scrubland, in Saint André de Sangonis.

Street Traversette sources fresh and regional vegetables as a priority, up to 80% in summer, thanks to a partnership with a group of small producers.
Stéphane does not use ingredients of animal origin, preservatives or chemical additives. Salt, lemon juice or vinegar, olive oil or sesame oil, herbs and spices, agar agar and honey preserve the 96 recipes of Rue Traversette.
We admit to having quite a taste of the range for aperitifs, it is still a national sport in the south, so suddenly we made different and surprising attempts: in croques-monsieur, the spreadable artichoke with pepper white Sarawak really brings a little pep to a dish that is often a little flat, it was a treat!
