Truffled Brie from the 30 Arpents farm.
Owner of a farm in Favières in Seine-et-Marne, he then decided to make his own Brie de Meaux.
Thirty-two years later, the 30 Arpents farm is the only one in the world to produce a free-range Brie de Meaux, the fruit of milk from cows on the farm and the work of around forty people.
Luckily for all gourmets, the estate's master cheesemakers did not stop there in their quest for good taste.
The icing on the cheese, in 2006 they had the idea of adding black truffles from Périgord to their Brie to create the "truffled delight of Favières".
The elegance of black truffles, simply sliced, combined with the authentic flavor of Brie de Meaux Fermier.
