Created in 2007 by the Ferme des Trente Arpents and bearing the name of the town where it is located, Brie de Favières is a variation of Brie de Meaux in a small format borrowed from Brie de Melun.
Its small size gives it nuances that clearly differentiate it from its cousin from Meaux: more supple, also more runny, its creamy paste retains a characteristic nutty taste with rustic and woody accents.
It lingers on the palate leaving a light and pleasant taste.
Delicately split with a Tuber Melanosporum black truffle purée, this excellent Brie de Favières becomes an exceptional product!
