The Fromagerie des Monts de Joux is an independent dairy cooperative.

Located in Bannans (Haut-Doubs), it brings together around 280 producers. All its cheeses are made with raw milk on the Bannans site and in 11 Comté fruit farms spread over the entire Jura massif.

AOP Mont d'Or, Morbier, Bleu de Gex and Comté. Raclette and Tomme cheese.
