La Chaiseronne created in 1980, based in Brécey in the south of Manche (50) in the heart of a green breeding basin near Mont Saint-Michel.

La Chaiseronne was originally a family butcher's business making the direct link between breeder and consumer and reconciling quality and fair prices. Without losing any of these values, the company has extended its activity to the production of ready meals! It includes Norman beef, pork raised with barley flour in Normandy, veal raised and slaughtered in Normandy, fresh vegetables mainly from Normandy, local products (camembert, andouille de Vire, cider Brécéen) traditionally simmered, without coloring or preservatives, then put in jars and sterilized to keep for 3 years at room temperature.
