Marinated for 5 to 6 weeks in Kalios extra virgin olive oil, this olive is almost candied.
There is a subtle exchange between the olive oil and the olive: the olive oil brings the perfume to the olive, and conversely, the olive brings to the olive oil a more pronounced taste, close to dark fruitiness.
