Often called the Queen of olives, the Kalamata olive is known for its firm flesh and incomparable taste.

Marinated for 5 to 6 weeks in Kalios extra virgin olive oil, this olive is almost candied.

There is a subtle exchange between the olive oil and the olive: the olive oil brings the perfume to the olive, and conversely, the olive brings to the olive oil a more pronounced taste, close to dark fruitiness.

Tip: Use olive oil for your salads or your seasonings, you will have the impression of having olives in your dish!
