The high quality of Kalios olive oil lies in its low level of acidity and its balanced fruitiness.

Coming from a respectful and artisanal agriculture, their olives are harvested by hand from century-old trees and then immediately brought to the mill.

It is in the respect of the family know-how that their four great vintages of olive oil are extracted.
