Kalios extra virgin olive oil is a selection of starred chef Eric Guerin.

Green in color, Koroneiki olive oil finds its strength of character and its fruity taste in Greece on the lands of the Peloponnese. The olives were harvested entirely in December by hand from trees that are sometimes 300 years old.

Picking out of season gives this oil an aromatic richness, a nice roundness in the mouth and devoid of bitterness.

INGREDIENTS: Traditional Koroneiki olives.
