This mountain tea was harvested by hand in Greece and then dried in the shade to retain all of its aromas. Slightly spicy, it is made from the leaves of a hardy plant called Sideris, which only lives in the wild on rocky ground.
For 2 people: Infuse 2 whole stems in 1/2 liter of boiling water for 5 minutes. For a Greek preparation, add a spoonful of honey and a few drops of lemon. Without theine, it can be consumed in the evening.
