Kalios extra virgin olive oil is a selection of starred chef Yann Taneau. Green in color, Koroneiki olive oil finds its strength of character and its fruity taste in Greece on the lands of the Peloponnese.
The olives were harvested entirely in January by hand from trees that are sometimes 300 years old.
Late picking gives this oil a ripe fruity taste, with notes of hazelnuts, a nice roundness in the mouth and devoid of bitterness.
