The Iberian paleta Señorío de Montanera is made from 100% Iberian pigs raised in natural pasture and fed with acorns during the Montanera period. In addition, the pigs raised in Extremadura are certified by the prestigious Protected Designation of Origin "Dehesa de Extremadura", which is a guarantee of its extraordinary quality.
