To be warmed with a drizzle of olive oil, or topped like a pizza, this authentic pinsa with sourdough and extra virgin olive oil is shaped by hand and baked on stone according to the traditional Italian recipe.

It is light and fluffy as desired, ready to put in the oven on its special baking tray. 5 to 8 minutes at 220°C and that's it.
