Andouillettes to be grilled on the barbecue
For barbecue cooking and to prevent them from bursting, it is best to prick the #andouillettes with a sewing needle. I have tested by pricking them with a fork or the tip of a knife and the sewing needle gives the best results.
The cooking time = two #aperitifs (20 to 30 minutes).
