? Ingredients :
- 16 beautiful scallops
- 1 apple
- 10 cl of cider
- butter
- Salt pepper
1️⃣ Open the scallops delicately, leaving both parts attached.
2️⃣ Remove the bards and coral.
3️⃣ Cut the apple into brunoise.
4️⃣ In each scallop, place some apple brunoise, a tablespoon of cider, a knob of butter, salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Close the shell using a wooden clothespin.
6️⃣ Bake for 5 minutes at 180°C.
