Scallops poached in fresh cream, served with a julienne of fresh vegetables delivered daily (mushrooms, carrots, leeks, onions and shallots) and prawns.

A qualitative and tasty composition reduced in white wine and creamed off the heat, ready to serve accompanied by a timbale of rice or quite simply fresh pasta.
