A nod to its distant past when the scent of ground grain once invaded the old mill, the family distillery is once again imbued with cereal aromas thanks to a sixth and final distillation in small copper stills.
Blended with fresh water naturally filtered through the estate's limestone soils, this vodka is the purest expression of French elegance.
Nose: Subtle aromas of malted barley, biscuit and roasted hazelnuts.
Palate: Frank and unctuous, it reveals persistent notes of puffed wheat and nougat.
