 Created in 2018 by hunting and French gastronomy enthusiasts, we present to you Nemrod, a French artisanal company located in Fréland in Alsace, which showcases French game through refined and quality products. 

  A concept that perpetuates the tradition of hunting
 There  brand owes its name to the passionate hunter Nimrod, a renowned character from the Bible, thus embodying one of the oldest traditions in France. Indeed, this practice, a key element of rural culture, is honored by the Nemrod brand. 

  The objective of Vianney Baule and Édouard Rapp , creators of the brand, is therefore to perpetuate this ancestral tradition and bring it up to date through products accessible to all. To do this, the Nemrod teams collaborate with experienced hunters as well as local suppliers to ensure the quality and origin of each product offered. Whether it is feathered game such as pheasant, partridge, duck or furry game such as wild boar or deer, Nemrod is committed to offering only the best for its consumers. 

  Furthermore, Nimrod's excellence does not stop with this selection . The company also highlights the work of French artisans who transform game into exceptional products. The chefs, butchers and charcutiers who collaborate with Nemrod are true experts, with authentic know-how. 

  For suede lovers, we have good news! This fall, Nemrod teamed up with the chef of the restaurant “La Régalade Saint Honoré”, Bruno Doucet. A specialist in game cooking, he thought up and imagined a succulent recipe: wild boar terrine with candied shallots and trumpets of death. This consists of wild boar meat, pork belly, chicken liver, Cognac, shallots, death trumpets and a pinch of Espelette pepper. A perfect blend to delight your taste buds!
