AAAAA: The Friendly Association of Authentic Andouillette Andouillette Lovers (AAAAA), also known as 5 A, brings together professionals from the food trades and the world of the table (manufacturers, restaurateurs, but above all food critics and columnists , active or retired).
Devoid of any profit, this association honors the andouillette usually considered as traditional (in particular by the Code of the uses of charcuterie), often called authentic.
