Les Conserves Morvandelles was created in 1936. Its first activities took place in a workshop at the back of the courtyard of the Hôtel Saint-Louis.
Transferred to rue de Paris in 1954, the factory filled the neighborhood with its cooking smells.
Specialized in traditional French cuisine, the company will distribute its range of preserves, sauces, ready meals and dehydrated preparations, in 80 countries around the world, in delicatessens, caterers, restaurants and certain communities. Its gastronomic productions range from Bresse chicken and pigeon in jelly, coq au vin, hare stew, morvandelle hotpot, veal or pike quenelle, liver and poultry pâté, oven-roasted Saint-Louis pâté, liver parfait Morvandelle fat, onion soup, Saint-Germain soup, not forgetting the fragrant crayfish bisque.
